How It Works
All applicants applying to a subscribing district on EDJOIN are automatically linked to a job specific TargetSuccess Screening Sketch. The connection is seamless. After the applicant completes the Sketch, their score is recorded and a Sketch analysis report is added to their EDJOIN application information. When reviewing applicants, you will be able to easily compare screening score results and analysis directly in your EDJOIN account.
Cost*
Subscriptions are yearly (quarterly option for Principal Sketch) beginning on the date you sign up and renewable annually on that date. Each Sketch is available separately, each includes the screening score and a detail report for each applicant. If your district is smaller than 1,500 ADA, use the base price. These prices apply only for your EDJOIN job postings.
Teacher Screening Sketch
$500 base plus $0.09 per ADA above 1,500 - 10,000, plus 0.07 per ADA above 10,000
Classified Support Screening Sketch
$500 base plus $0.09 per ADA above 1,500 - 10,000, plus 0.07 per ADA above 10,000
Principal Screening Sketch
Quarterly (90-day) Subscription Price: $300 plus $0.05 per ADA above 2,000
Annual Subscription Price: $500 plus $0.10 per ADA above 1,500 - 10,000, plus 0.07 per ADA 10,000+
Reports
The Sketch Reports give you an in-depth analysis of how the candidate responded to the Sketch questions. You will see results organized by attribute category with information on comparitive ranking.
Start Using TargetSketch Screener
Click on the "TargetSuccess" link on the admin "Welcome Page" in your EDJOIN account and fill out the request to subscribe to the TargetSuccess Sketch. When TargetSuccess receives your request, we will add access to the TargetSketch Screener to your EDJOIN account.
As a convenience, once you finish the online request form, the Teacher Screening Sketch is automatically enabled for your account and you can begin using the Teacher Screening Sketch right away. If you need the Classified Support or Principal Screening Sketch, we will enable it when we confirm your subscription, which usually takes a day or less.
