Leadership Development

 

As part of our professional development tools, TargetSuccess offers a series of online courses, both coached and self-directed. Online courses integrate use of our Sketch, Interview, and Survey tools as appropriate.

TargetSuccess has designed a unique self-directed, online school leader development course for new, existing and aspiring school leaders.  The course can be taken by an individual or a collaborative group and includes a coaching or coaching of coaches option. Each participant is given the TargetSuccess School Leader Structured Interview and provided with a detailed profile.  Also, participants complete a self-survey, 360 degree surveys and school climate survey.  The participant is then guided through a self-learning process which leads to the development of a personal, behavioral change, action plan based on the information data gathered from the structured interview and surveys.  The course then guides the participant through implementation of their personal action plan.  The Self-directed School Leadership Course is a designed as a ten month course but can be adjusted to fit specific needs.
